Appalling Statement in Sun-News
If you have not seen the Sun-News this morning, be prepared to be nauseated. Diaz invokes God's name in this debacle. She wishes to return and "do God's work". That is blasphemy. I am not sure what god she worships, but most major religions promote caring, ethical treatment and respect for all persons. The only god that would support her behavior is the god of self-worship.

I heard from my boss that Diaz will continue to be on leave until after Thanksgiving. After she has had time to travel, she will be reinstated. In effect, it's a done- behind-the-scenes- deal!
Unbelievable. That is the only word I can think of after reading the Sun News this morning. This woman is unbalanced, to claim to be doing "God's work" after being caught in a blatant lie on camera, this is just unreal. Good grief, school board, if this doesn't get your attention, God help us.
It's clear Dr Diaz' leadership style of public humiliation and self service is only out paced by our own locally elected school board. Let's recall the school board. They allow a superintendent who violates state hiring laws, harasses employees to the point that lawsuits are generated and critical personnel are lost with the result... chaos. May God bless the teachers and administrators who are doing their best to work through yet another preventable nightmare.
Does doing Gods work include lying on local TV?
Does anyone know if Dr. Diaz attends church? What is her faith? What does she think about people who don't share her faith? Do employees that are agonstic or atheist need to worry about being fired? Do children who are atheists or agnostic need to go to another school system? I thought we had a seperation of church and state in our country! It seems Dr. Diaz does not know this!!!
Dr. Diaz's invocation of doing "God's work" is likely a sign of her extreme narcissism or desperateness or both!
I am sick of her holier than thou BS! She is such a lier and a hipocrite! Sonia is known to be very judgemental and power hungry. For example, it is well known that she refers to people in very scarastic and demeaning ways in private. She is known to make crude comment about the way people dress, talk and even smell! She has been overheard to call a certain upstanding community member and school supporter "Sponge Bob Square Pants." I wonder what her pet names for the school board members are?
In any case, it is disgusting! Sonia, it is time for you to go! Do the right thing, resign!
