Dumping Ground
"I am angry. I am angry that this school district has become a dumping ground for a failed Superintendent and her equally inept friends. I am angry that the Board of Education seems to be blind to what is happening. I am angry that quality people have been slandered, harassed and intimidated. I am angry that excellent teachers are discouraged and frightened. Tell me how to channel my anger. I am ready to work."

It is going to take the parents and teachers to stand up to the board. How
can teachers teach our kids in an atmosphere like LCPS has. Moral is low! We have
lost qualified men and women in the administration dept., now she will start on the teachers.
Our board is a disgrace to our community. It seems to me that the board didn't really
investigate our new Supe before they hired her. How much more are we as parents and
teachers going to take? Are we just going to sit back and do nothing and let it
all go down the Supes new toilet?
Could someone tell me why the super needed a shower in her office? Most people do that at home.
I guess Diaz thought she was coming to little ole NM and get us all
in shape since she was from the big city. Well we aren't as dumb
as she might think. I think an investigation is in order of the board
Diaz and her mob she brought with her.
Does the State Board of Education know what is going on with LCPS?
Yes, the State Board of Education does in fact know what is going on with Las Cruces Public Schools. As a matter of fact, they have been present at Onate High School all week long for meetings with the staff.
