It's only money

"Okay, there was the new toilet, estimate $300.
New dishwasher - about $200
New blinds - $900 or so
New chair - $500 or there abouts
New paint - maybe $50 in paint and the time of the maintenance crew
New coffee pot and distilled water - priceless"
