IT IS NOT OVER
Yes, Diaz was placed on paid administrative leave for 1 week while the Board of Education investigates. This issue is not about ethnicity, as some seem to think. This issue is about a person who is not fit to be the Superintendent of this district. Diaz has little respect for Hispanics unless you can further her career. Her comments about Hispanics were derogatory. "Hispanics are just poor Puerto Ricans." We need competent leadership, regardless of ethnicity or gender.

I actually feel ill. How sad what LCPS has become. I am not sure I want my kids to go to school here when they are old enough. Where are all the good leaders?
